His duck doll is his toy, enemy, lover and security blanket. He shakes it till its dead. He humps it. He throws it across the room and chases it. He sleeps with it. And periodically he mysteriously walks around the house crying, with the duck in his mouth. It appears that maybe he's looking, unsuccessfully, for a place to bury him.
